For the money you can't go wrong

This is a very practical case for a regular 9.7 inch iPad 2017/2018. I glued the protective glass on and it still fit easily. No sticky clear plastic corners. It fits in a 4-sided case with faux leather edges. The fit inside the case is good, not loose at all but snug against the tablet. The tablet makes a very reliable impression. The holes and cutouts are in the right places and it also has a cutout where the UP/DOWN buttons are. The flap closes with magnets and if I've had one complaint so far I wish they were stronger. by price. It looks (and feels) better in black than your average faux leather, which you won't be ashamed of under any circumstances. Overall I think it's well protected from the basic everyday rigors of iPad use. However, this is not the case you would use if you are in a high risk environment where there is a high risk of falling. I toss it in my briefcase, backpack, or in the passenger seat of my car with confidence. I left it on my desk (closed) and accidentally piled some light stuff on it (papers, notepads, catalogs and a cup of coffee) and I didn't get scared when I found it buried, that's what the class is about is durable. I have a 100% leather version for my old iPad that I paid $60 for 5 years ago so I know the difference between the qualities. This one is definitely worth $16! Even if it lasts a year or two of daily use, I'd say I'm fine considering it protects.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • A little maintainability
