I bought several of these blinds in different sizes. Interestingly, the replacement is the only one that appears in the rating. So far the mounts are working perfectly. The cords seem a bit flimsy to me so time will tell how well they hold up. The price was very good for sizes that were very hard to find. I really only have two problems. First, it was impossible to contact support. You could not write, call a representative. A number was given but all you had was an answering machine telling you to leave the number and they would call back but not call you back. When I finally realized I needed a replacement blind which didn't arrive I was outraged and was quickly delivered (this one). I had to contact Revain support for help. Of all the help options you have, none relate to an order that hasn't arrived. The second issue has to do with the rods that allow the blinds to open and close. You might think they would be based on the length of the blinds. Obviously not. I ordered 9 blinds of the same length but 3 different widths. Blinds came with 3 different length rods. I assume the person who assembled the bindings confused the width with the length. These were all tall blinds so anything with longer rods would be nice.
