Review on EAZ LIFT 48860 Telescopic Jack by Tim Nicholas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good stabilizer jack

I use a pair of these in the middle of my 42ft fifth wheel. Easy to install and easy to tighten. They are NOT designed to be lifted. I've been looking for jacks for my trailers for years and see so many reviews of stabilizer jacks where they get bad marks because people are jerks and use them to lift cars off the ground. When using them to stabilize the fifth wheel, I use them on plain floor pans. I wouldn't put them directly on the floor unless it's a hard surface. Then tighten a few turns against the trailer frame spars. There is no longer a bouncing sensation in the center of the trailer when inside and swaying is greatly reduced throughout. It's actually impossible to get rid of all the jumps in the trailer. All you can do is try to quell it by locking the wheels/axles as best you can and then using as many stabilizer jacks as you can to support the frame. For the price they help a lot. Not too heavy, easy to use and gets the job done. I would buy again if needed.
