They are very, very sharp and accurate. Very happy with what I received. I'm really surprised how good these scissors are. You have a sense of quality. Not light and cheap like others. I will buy another one just as a backup because I love them. You don't even have to squeeze to cut the brush and cord. You can just lay a blade next to a string or ruff and pull and it will cut, which is very useful when doing very delicate work next to an already-wrapped pole. You just want to cut a notch or thread etc. I will not buy any other fly tying scissors. That is for me.
