I absolutely love this machine. I am a former college OLineman looking to shred some lbs without running. This is the perfect machine for me. Simple, sturdy, and super smooth. I am close to 300 and this holds me up perfectly fine. Not the most high tech but It counts your rows, time and distance. IMO best bang for your buck. Hope this helps
