Great starter rower, non-existent customer service

I purchased this rower to get my feet wet with rowing workouts (excuse the pun).I was great initially, relatively easy to assemble. I did find that the stroke is a little short so I was hitting the console on the return during all outs. That is probably what led to it's demise. The plastic "shaking tube cover" (the part that holds the handle to the strap) broke, and now is unit is unusable.Been waiting on a response from customer service about the availability of a replacement part for over 2…

Serving its purpose

Great machine. I needed something quiet and not too bulky so I could work out in my apartment. I'm on the second floor and haven't received any complaints from the neighbors. Only dislike is the foot straps. They are angled weird and way too long to get my small feet secured to the foot rests.

Worth your $ on my review.

I absolutely love this machine. I am a former college OLineman looking to shred some lbs without running. This is the perfect machine for me. Simple, sturdy, and super smooth. I am close to 300 and this holds me up perfectly fine. Not the most high tech but It counts your rows, time and distance. IMO best bang for your buck. Hope this helps

Great product but after a few months it began to squeak loudly.

It works perfectly but I have to blast music while I use it to drowned out the loud squeaking each time I pull out the bar. Didn't start doing this until a few weeks after and seems to be getting a little worse. Hopefully there's a way to fix it without having to return it or fully disassemble it!Otherwise it is a great product.

Exercise Without Strain

It was easy to put together. I am a 72 yr old female and did it myself. I wanted something to use that would allow me to get some exercise of pretty much my entire body without straining myself. I can watch TV while using it because it is quiet which is a plus for me because I get bored easily. Even though it is long, it folds upward to push aside when I am not using it. The price was good and it seems to fit my needs so this was a win-win purchase for me.
