Great starter rower, non-existent customer service
I purchased this rower to get my feet wet with rowing workouts (excuse the pun).I was great initially, relatively easy to assemble. I did find that the stroke is a little short so I was hitting the console on the return during all outs. That is probably what led to it's demise. The plastic "shaking tube cover" (the part that holds the handle to the strap) broke, and now is unit is unusable.Been waiting on a response from customer service about the availability of a replacement part for over 2 months with zero replies. And now it's out of warranty.So bottom line, worked great for 9 months and that it.
