These are perfect for our deep fryer. Just the right size. Others have complained about burning and scorching in the fryer if what you're cooking isn't evenly distributed. The fan lifts the paper towards the burners. I've only had this once (burned, didn't catch fire). I arrange the food to lie flat whenever possible. When this is not possible I cut the parchment to the size of the dish I am cooking. Definitely works great - you get a large amount in the order that lasts a long time.
