The scanner is great and does everything I need very well. They have a free installer on their website that will set up your device exactly how you want it. Ours allows you to create a configuration file or scancode for each unique setting you may need. The software made it so easy and exceeded all expectations. If I need a wireless scanner in the future, it will be Zebra. I needed a pg dn suffix for all scans for an application. It was so easy to set up a setup for it. Now I could define multiple settings and just scan this code to go to that setting. My previous scanner from another manufacturer was very difficult and tedious to set up.
