Heats up quickly for heating

Heats up quickly and reliably. Other manufacturers had a built-in temperature switch that turned off the heater prematurely. This just kept working. 20 minutes. The only issue worth mentioning is that the velcro doesn't hold the heater as tight as it once slipped off. Maybe my filter is a bit small for this heater. I added a separate elastic velcro to solve this problem. .
