If you are having issues or questions that you aren I like that you can create your own custom labels, they are easy to manage in terms of how many times an item is used or needs to be replaced. The interface could use some work but overall the program has been very useful with no issues from us using them since we started! We have saved tons of time by having access to up-to date inventory so there aren't missing supplies when customers need something right away.
