X-Acto says the Z-Series is sharper and more durable than other models - I can see it! They say these are the sharpest blades in the world. Industrial - I don't know if I can test it, but they sure are sharp. - These blades seem to last a little longer before needing sharpening or replacing. - The style of this knife is pretty standard but feels comfortable. in your hand The golden tip feels comfortable. It is all metal, feels nice and has a lot of weight. No additional blades are included in this set, but these are inexpensive to purchase and easy to replace. I haven't had any issues with the blade coming loose with use like I have with other brands. It only unscrews when I want it to. - I just have to take a star off the cover. I hate the cap. I feel like it's not tight enough and if I press it too hard I'm afraid it will break. It really won't, and I know it. but i just don't like it. Aside from the cap, this is a very high quality craft knife that will last a lot longer than the regular plastic knives I also own.
