This is the BEST purchase I've made in the last year. Buy this product for what it was designed to do - inflate a tire. I have constant problems with the TPMS system, which causes the warning light in the car to be on constantly - a burning exclamation mark drives me insane! It simply plugs into a car outlet and reaches any full-size sedan tire. It screws firmly onto the tire and then you can turn it on. It's a bit noisy, but this little machine needs to produce air, so the noise is certainly tolerable. I've used it 3 times since buying it to fill my tires up from 2lbs to 4lbs - WORKS LIKE A CHARM! The TPMS warning light goes out and that saves me paying for the air. The sensor is fairly accurate; I'll double check with my own pressure gauge, but most of the time it's probably not necessary as the TPMS in other vehicles isn't as sensitive. And the price is right too! This is my best gadget purchase of 2011 - you will love it. Update February 2012: My TPMS system keeps glowing and this Tire Top Off keeps doing its job! I have read other reviews where some claim that the item stopped working after a few uses. I have used this inflator at least two dozen times and have had absolutely no problems with it. And every time I use it, I inflate all four tires. Agree with my excellent 5-star rating anyway.
