After reading the reviews and watching youtube videos with similar beats I was expecting a lot. I usually remove gel polish the old fashioned way: I file it off and then use acetone and foil. My experience with the nozzle is average. I took it off, but it still heats up even with constant movement. I didn't cut my skin at all. Some reviews said it hurt them that way, I don't know how it happened as the end of my bit was smooth and rounded. I will continue to try to use it more often with clients and myself. As far as time savings go, I feel like it's the same as having to go back with a regular file. Maybe I'll like it over time as I get used to this beat.
