I have to measure my blood pressure regularly at home because in the Dr office I have a severe case of White Coat Syndrome after one particularly bad blood pressure day and Dr visit - so now it's just constantly elevated when that cuff comes out. While measuring the blood pressure they were always attaching an Oximeter to my finger - so I finally asked why, and knowing your oxygen levels totally made sense to me. So I decided to add one to my regular monitoring at home also. the price was affordable enough and the information seems like something I could use. it's fast, it's accurate, and I'm glad to have this bit of detail to add to my blood pressure reading.
