An Embarrassing and Discouraging Experience with AUSTOR

Unfortunately, my interactions with AUSTOR were not quite as satisfying as I had hoped they would be. I had high hopes for the company. The quality of their products left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have a large selection of things for the home and kitchen, as well as artificial plants and things to decorate the house with. In the hopes of injecting a dash of color into my living room, I decided to acquire a set of the company's artificial flowers. On the other hand, when I got there, I was disappointed to see that the flowers appeared to be fake and of poor quality. In addition to this, there were petals missing from some of the flowers, and the colors were muted in comparison to how they were presented on the website. In addition to this, their customer care was not helpful in finding a solution to the problem. I tried to contact them to let them know how dissatisfied I am, but I was received with indifference and comments that were not helpful. It was abundantly evident that they had no interest in putting things right or assuring the satisfaction of their customers. To add salt to the wound, their prices are not nearly as reasonable as they advertise them to be. In spite of the fact that their products give the impression of being competitively priced, the fact that they are of such poor quality means that you will wind up squandering money on stuff that will not be durable. As a result of my experiences, I cannot in good conscience suggest using AUSTOR. When looking for home decor items, this firm should be avoided at all costs due to the low quality of their products and the absence of any kind of customer care. There are a great number of additional web shops that present items of higher quality and provide superior assistance to customers.

Pros
  • fake plants and flowers that look realistic.
Cons
  • Misleading advertising.
