Poorly made and no customer service

I was very excited about this bar cart. It had everything I wanted but when it arrived there were a number of issues with the parts and assembly of the car. There were no pre-drilled holes (zero) that should be there and 3/4 of the wheels don't work as they aren't seated properly in the base. At first I wanted to ignore these issues, but after calling customer service twice and leaving a voice message, as well as making an inquiry through their website, I have been unable to contact anyone from this company. . I would steer clear of this item because if you have a problem with your order you will most likely be out of luck.
