    SEVERAL PRE-BORES MISSING!

    Okay, I love this bar cart (although it's called a kitchen cart). It was very affordable and it's beautiful, more than I thought it would be. It took me too long to assemble this thing. I had to pull out my drill bit and use tape to mark where the drilled holes would go. Probably better when two people work on it, but I was cool on my own. Again, the manufacturer REALLY needs to consider calibrating the machine in production to put the missing pre-drilled holes where they should be. That's the…

    Assembly is labor intensive but far better than anything else in this price range

    Worth every penny but you need two people and a drill/drill to assemble it. The trolley was very well designed and made from natural wood (not lacquered chipboard) so it's strong and heavy. It doesn't require much skill to assemble, but you will need two people as you will need two pairs of hands to hold things in place while drilling. Wood doesn't have pilot holes, so you'll need a 1/8" (or 3/16") drill bit to drill these screw holes. All in all, it took two people about an hour to assemble…

    Poorly made and no customer service

    I was very excited about this bar cart. It had everything I wanted but when it arrived there were a number of issues with the parts and assembly of the car. There were no pre-drilled holes (zero) that should be there and 3/4 of the wheels don't work as they aren't seated properly in the base. At first I wanted to ignore these issues, but after calling customer service twice and leaving a voice message, as well as making an inquiry through their website, I have been unable to contact anyone from

    Terrible build process, some design flaws

    The assembly of this part was *horrible*. I have assembled furniture many times in the past and have never had to drill holes for screws myself! For the money you pay, the manufacturer could at least make the shelves with perforated screw holes. I had to borrow a drill to finish the build because a hand screwdriver wouldn't cut it. Buyers be careful, make sure you have a drill! Also, the hooks will not line up with the wood no matter how you drill it. After assembling, I tried to put my items…

    Great solid wagon but not perfect design

    I am satisfied with this wagon. It is heavy and durable, making it more comfortable and durable. The wood is chipboard, but that could almost get in your way. The metal has a nice industrial look with a matte finish. I bought it to have more space for Thanksgiving and to keep people from leaving the kitchen while they are making drinks.
