Assembly is labor intensive but far better than anything else in this price range
Worth every penny but you need two people and a drill/drill to assemble it. The trolley was very well designed and made from natural wood (not lacquered chipboard) so it's strong and heavy. It doesn't require much skill to assemble, but you will need two people as you will need two pairs of hands to hold things in place while drilling. Wood doesn't have pilot holes, so you'll need a 1/8" (or 3/16") drill bit to drill these screw holes. All in all, it took two people about an hour to assemble it. The wheels roll very smoothly and the wheel locks work well.
