M8-1.25 is the required mounting nut if the one provided does not fit. Otherwise a great camera.

The camera fits comfortably in your hand. It has some weight despite being the size of a US postage stamp. The body and threaded portion of the camera are metal and appear to be powder coated rather than painted. Image quality at the level of the factory camera, including the ability to shoot at night. I'm deducting a star because the camera is attached with a nut and the nut that came with it was too big. It could be turned on and off from the camera without refueling. After a trip to Home Depot I found I needed an M8 1.25 nut. I galvanized 5 to keep them from rusting. You only need one, but they only sell them in small bags of 5. The cost is about a dollar. Also, the bit that makes the perfect hole is 19/64 inch. Not an ordinary drill, but perfect for this camera.
