If you've ever wanted to feel damned in life, you know this. Try replacing a very inaccessible car air conditioner clutch while it's still in the car. If you think the idea of rectal brain surgery sounds like a fun hobby, then you don't even want to look at this tool and have fun. I recommend making life easier and removing the A/C compressor from the car, but (at least for me) I'd rather not remove the radiator and add the A/C refrigerant for the $0.50 -Remove washer seal. Tool maybe, I was so happy I bought it. I used to use bolts to try and hold the clutch disc in place so I could push out the center bolt and remove some washers to take up the play in the magnetic clutch and I wanted to make my life easier. And this tool did it - for the price, buy it. Now this tool sucks and here's why. The adjustment screws don't lock at all, so you lose adjustment in tight spaces. It might be perfect on the bench, but it's not in the belly of the beast. My solution was a combination of lock washers and finally I just double checked with super glue (if I need to make any changes in the future I will find a way. When the screws stopped filling my mind with madness and blind rage the tool was helpful to me but didn't wish there were pins of different lengths because there is a large gap between the key and the clutch disc which makes it difficult to install the bushing in the tight space and also makes it difficult to install the key.At some point I could screw the nut to the Weld handle or knock out a square socket wrench so I can hold it with another wrench and free my hand from workspace for the middle wrench Work with clutch C Buy It's cheaper junk but half the price at a regular store for the same tool.
