When I first unpacked and inspected everything looked fine except for the air hose. This is the tubing that connects to the bags - see picture. The install went pretty smoothly, I took my time routing the hoses and cables, wrapping and shrinking all the connections and routing everything very well, looks great. I have a 2020 F-150 so my frame is too big for a U-bolt so I had to drill through the frame to install it which frustrated me a bit but no big deal. Confirmed that all my voltages are on and off at the compressor connector after I routed everything and I had a good ground as well as 13.55 volts on all three other pins on the connector. I plugged and unplugged 10 times because the bluetooth part of the compressor wasn't working. Neither the BT settings on my iPhone nor the Devices tab in the app ever sees the compressor. Unplugging the compressor does nothing except release some air every time I plug it in. Next, how many of you don't work 8-5 Monday through Friday? Yes, and apparently that's all Air Lift does. It's Saturday 11th June and my compressor has failed and on Monday while I'm at work I have to take a break to call them and I'm sure they want me to do some shit make. with a truck and I will probably lose it because of a bad operator. The service bulletin that came with this device says it should come with a controller, but due to a worldwide chip shortage we'll have to order it later and at the moment the only option is to pair it with my phone. **************UPDATE**************************** I'm Nimrod! I uploaded the app for one controller, not two! Tech support contacted me quickly and after my detailed explanation of my configuration and troubleshooting, he went straight to the application that was causing the problem.βββββββββ ββββββββ So what do I have taken away ? Read all the reviews, good and bad, and be prepared to experience some of the bad. Make sure there is enough time between installing the device and actually using it, and be sure to keep the manual inflation valves installed.
