Love this set: Knife sets
We have been using this set for a few years now. The metal isn't as strong as the old Rada knives, but the blade cuts very well. These knives are general purpose/steak knives and very well suited for this purpose. I can easily cut apples and steaks. I even ordered a set for our kids who gave it to us and they love it too. I recently bought a Rada sharpener and use it every few weeks. A few simple steps and the knives are perfectly sharp again!
