Good product for me, no problems at all.

Somehow, I managed to drink optivumen after the optimal had already ended. Do not make the same mistakes that I did; I walked around like a whiny girl without even recognizing it. Some pros:
An great multivitamin that covers practically all of your requirements in one convenient package.
Having these drawbacks:
It is impossible to recommend them given the cost and the variety of vitamins they contain.
It's possible that the yellowish-gold hue of pee could make someone feel uncomfortable, but this is the usual, so it must be some type of vitamin color.
