Outstanding Customer Service and Integration

The customer service team was very responsive, quick to answer questions or resolve issues we had with our software system! They helped us understand how their program worked so that it fit into ours perfectly as well (even when I questioned things!).
Very pleased overall - would highly recommend this product!! We were looking at 3 different ERP systems before finding one which suited all needs of our business model/needs best. SLX allowed seamless integration between front office operations vs other programs where they only supported 2 separate platforms in some cases.
