The ability to view all of our team's emails in one place rather than having them scattered across several different apps or websites was great! I didn't like that it only worked with Gmail accounts - we also used Outlook as well so this could be improved upon for other platforms/apps too. It does its job but not enough people use Google Apps (Outlook) anymore which makes me sad because they're more user friendly now compared to when my previous employer did business there years ago. This tool definitely helped us keep track of who had access to specific files & folders within SharePoint Online by allowing us see everyone's individual mailboxes instead of just seeing everything listed under "Sharepoint.".
