I like the fact that I can get a quick overview of the tools my colleagues are using. I also like the fact that I can filter by platform. It can be a little slow at times, but the overall experience is still very good. I could not find a way to filter by application. This would be a great feature to add. The ability to view all of our team's emails in one place rather than having them scattered across several different apps or websites was great! I didn't like that it only worked with Gmail accounts - we also used Outlook as well so this could be improved upon for other platforms/apps too.
