The pouches will shrink once you apply heat to them!
I received these to sublimate and when I applied the heat press at 385 degrees the pouch started to shrink within the first 15 seconds of pressing. Needless to say the sublimation was badly washed out and the bag was ruined. I thought maybe I just had a bad bag so I tried on a different one and the same thing happened. Don't buy them to sublimate!
