The headset itself is very good, the charging case is excellent, the cables are high quality. In general, the price corresponds to the quality and functionality. But there is a very nasty problem, which is that the USB BT300 Bluetooth is USELESS! And I need to add the view as part of the headset because it comes with it. Wherever you plug the USB port you will report that the headset is connected to the computer but there is no sound and never plug the mic into the headset again! I've tried everything and it just doesn't work. If you buy this product note the headset is nice, the cables and charging docks are excellent, just throw away the useless crappy Bluetooth. Just use your computer with built-in Bluetooth and plug in a headset and it will work, or if your computer doesn't have built-in Bluetooth, buy a standalone Bluetooth adapter, set it up, then plug in a Plantronic headset and it will function. Plantronic Bluetooth Just don't try it. Shame on you Plantronic.
