Connection keeps dropping

This thing keeps disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. I then have to disconnect and reconnect to get them connected. Do you know what not to do when driving? Fumbling with the Bluetooth adapter. i give it back

Doesn't always reconnect when starting up vehicle. I have to unplug and plug back in to reset it.
