If you don't like VOCs (volatile organic compounds), don't buy this compression sleeve. This case retained its chemical smell after 5 washes. I used sockets from CEP and Sigvaris. They are odorless. Also, the pressure at the top of the sleeve shouldn't be much more than just below the top or it will become like a tourniquet. I felt the upper was too tight for me. Very uncomfortable. Finally, the CEP envelope is labeled on the front and back. There are no front and back instructions for this case.
