* Volume control, the dot that shows how much it is, can be hard to see if it's not illuminated. Don't use solid state amps (I'm new to this world of amps). - Replaced the included audio cable with a better one that reduces static electricity. - Replaced the USB cable of my external sound card with an additional one. Reduction of static electricity. The problem does not occur with either my laptop or my cell phone as sources. * I'll try to buy some ferrite cores and play around with them, hope this helps a bit.
