This product was really good. It is very easy to use and the packaging comes with clear instructions that are easy to follow. As expected, it doesn't just work on one route, you have to use it once every week, or like me, which used to be twice a week. It took me a month to see visible results and all of the results aren't really permanent so you have to use them constantly to keep them going. Again, this is very affordable compared to what we pay at the dentist. Please remember I do not smoke or do anything that will stain my teeth. I only drink one cup of coffee and my teeth don't stain that much so I think it was easier to use on my teeth.
