This is the best price you can get and tastes amazing compared to other brands. This is my third pack of these and I didn't even bother to switch brands as usual due to the taste and price. I've seen others complain about cholesterol. One scoop contains 125 mg of cholesterol and 30 g of protein. One egg contains 185 mg of cholesterol and 6 grams of protein. From that perspective, it's not bad at all. You can probably find a better ratio, but it could cost you about double. I've seen others complain about sucralose, the artificial sweetener popular in Splenda. That gives him a lot of good taste. It's better than more added sugar and more calories. Usually, protein drinks taste terrible. It's delicious and biscuit and creamy and chocolate. Protein obviously helps because I can now train to the max and fully recover in 24 hours. This was not the case when protein was lacking in my diet. I only use one scoop a day. As I said, this is a good protein and not a very bad one. If you want something healthier and probably less palatable, you can pay a lot more.
