Update: decided to keep the caps. The fit problem is solved by folding the strap once or slipping it loosely over a helmet. So now 4 stars, -1 for not quite as shown. I wanted something for cycling to give my scalp a little protection from the sun and control sweat in warm and mild weather. Unfortunately the hat is too big for my head. My ears were almost completely closed and the entire hairline at the back of my head was covered. Not at all like in the photo. Material accumulates on the back of the head when wearing a helmet. As mentioned, the quality of the material is okay, but the fabric doesn't stretch much. You will be returned.
