You sent the wrong hydrometer

A hydrometer for sugar water has arrived. I work with sodium hypochlorite. Checking the density of sodium hypochlorite helps water systems understand how long a sanitizer lasts. When I was able to use this tool, the right of return had already expired. The picture and increments show the product is for gravity, not in the picture show it's for sugar water. I am very disappointed that I received this error from your side.
