Not sure. Be very careful when using it. Keep away from children.

It's definitely super spicy but NOT safe. This thing looks like it could cut the skin off your fingers, and it will definitely happen if you move too fast. I don't see an "anti-cut" design here. I clipped two nails in a week. Thank god it was just my nails. I had several terse calls where he brushed my fingers and palms. Only my quick reflex reaction saved me. I have to keep it on the highest cupboard so my kids don't get it. I will look for a replacement for this product. If I still had the box I would return it. Its description shouldn't say it's safe if it can cut skin very easily. It shouldn't be said to have an "anti-cut design" when there's clearly nothing on it designed to keep you from cutting yourself during use. It cleans everything with ease. But its julienne cutting area only easily peels softer things like cucumbers. Carrots and potatoes need a little more strength to get through. If you don't apply enough force to it, it will get stuck halfway and you'll have to pull harder to get through, and then you're likely to accidentally cut into your flesh. After a week of moderate use, mostly with carrots, it doesn't feel as sharp as it came out of the box. But it's still very sharp. The "ergonomic" handle design enables comfortable operation with just one hand. On the other hand, it's a bit awkward to hold and apply force. I liked it when I opened it and used it for the first time. Then my love turned to fear as I saw how easily my nails get stuck in them and how very, very easily they are cut off. Now I try not to use this thing :(

Cons
  • Good but not great
