I finally changed the filters in my parents reverse osmosis. Before placing an order, I called customer service to make sure they would fit my system. The filters arrived and I had some trouble installing them, so I called support for help. They called me back and I was very impressed with their directions and guidance. The best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I think this company is great, and while I haven't personally tested the quality of the water that comes out of the filter, I believe what other reviewers have mentioned. The water tastes so much better than tap water in Houston, Texas and my family cannot drink any other water.
