The stockings don't stretch at all and I ended up finding several different stockings for them. Garters aren't terrible, the real fault is in the straps. The straps are very difficult to attach and the plastic part falls off and breaks easily. I even couldn't put them on all the way once so they wouldn't tear. If you have a pair of double zero jeans and only plan on wearing them for about 15 minutes, then I would buy something that is just a few dollars more or is of slightly better quality.
