The brushes fall out when you twist the brush
So the handle is huge, the controls at the bottom are awkward, but the biggest problem is the big brush pops out when you dry your hair and twist it slightly towards the LOCK symbol. It just keeps popping up. To evil! Bad design, I will replace it with another one without a spare brush. I tried to contact the seller but they don't seem to understand.
