Works a little - Elbow Wrap
This is a good elbow wrap for mild tendinitis. It keeps the elbow warm and compresses the area a bit to keep it snug. It relieved my discomfort a bit, but not enough that I didn't have to see a doctor for more intense relief. I agree with your first hand measurement. I was kind of in the middle between small and medium and chose the medium because the reviews mentioned it was smaller. I can tighten the velcro to get a snug fit, but I think it might be too tight if I went with a small one.
