This compression elbow pad fits me perfectly. It is comfortable to wear all day long, even on hot summer days. I bought the cuff because I got bursitis in my elbow. The cuff provides gentle support for the elbow joint and arm. I like the wide wrap that easily adjusts for even more compression. The sleeve stays in place, does not slip or roll. The case looks well made. Mid-weight fabric, breathable.

The product arrived quickly and is of high quality. I liked the product but it was too tight. My elbow size was 11.3 inches. I'm 6 feet and 180 pounds. My elbow size was just on the border between medium and large sizes. I put the orthosis on, but after about 10 minutes it became uncomfortable. When I took it off, there were marks on the skin. My shirt size is between large and extra large. I am returning the product and will order a large size as I think it is a good product.

This is a good elbow wrap for mild tendinitis. It keeps the elbow warm and compresses the area a bit to keep it snug. It relieved my discomfort a bit, but not enough that I didn't have to see a doctor for more intense relief. I agree with your first hand measurement. I was kind of in the middle between small and medium and chose the medium because the reviews mentioned it was smaller. I can tighten the velcro to get a snug fit, but I think it might be too tight if I went with a small one.

Love this compression sleeve! It fits perfectly and easily fits a fairly wide range of hand sizes. The Velcro allows you to further adjust it and decide how tight you want the sleeve to be. the material is high quality and durable; I definitely feel like it supports my elbow when I'm working out, but it's also very stretchy and breathable so I never felt like it was cutting off my circulation.
