I am having problems with elbow and forearm pain on my right arm. I work as a home office medical programmer and since my hobbies are also computer related I spend twelve to sixteen hours a day with a mouse. The cuff provides just enough compression without feeling like it's cutting off my circulation. I wear it for a few hours, rest a few hours and it has allowed me to relieve the discomfort without having to resort to NSAIDs on a daily basis like I did before purchasing this item. The only real complaint is that while it fits well, it only fastens at one end and the top of the sleeve (or bottom if you turn it inside out) has a tendency to slip due to the thinness of the fabric. That being said, I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have very large biceps/triceps due to muscle mass or obesity.
