I used it for the first time today as I've had a bit of bouts of pain/discomfort while rotating my forearms on the inside of my elbow after lying down for a long time from tennis . Sometimes I avoided topspin forehand, not so much because of the pain with each shot, but because I worried about the cumulative effect of hitting 300 or so during a game. This product reduced bouts of pain by about 70% and since the pain wasn't that bad initially, the case allowed me to play the way I wanted with less concern about causing damage. The sleeve is tight but allows full freedom of movement without much hindrance. I always knew it, but it didn't make me change anything. Doesn't irritate at all and holds up well.
