*Review fixed* The seller was quick to contact me, refunded my original payment and shipped a replacement. Very good customer service. Have upped the rating to three stars and will change again as my second set performs better over time. When we first changed the batteries (it was the second time we've used it), one of the walkie-talkies overheated enough to smell plastic. Really poor quality and not safe for little hands. Very disappointed. Outside the return window, so money down the drain.
