The design is very poor as the two toothed sprockets have too much lateral play so they don't align properly. Surprisingly, there is no way to tighten the sprocket bushing to prevent sloppy tolerance. This is complete junk and so easy to fix. I contacted the seller (who makes it for them) and they declared ignorance and didn't want to fix it by offering me a refund as it was "sold by Revain". Unfortunately I bought two and only installed them after the 30 day return period but after much discussion Revain got it right. The seller asked me to return the device so the manufacturer can try to understand the problem, but the other reviews here should make it clear that the manufacturer is already aware of the problem.
