Think twice before you buy-the product is disgusting.

I have used this company's wares for quite some time, and I must say that I am quite dissatisfied with the quality they currently offer. There is no willingness to acknowledge their own confirmed marriage, and the attitude toward customers is plain bestial. A customer who spends a lot of money on an item deserves to have it properly repaired rather than hearing "sorry, we get it, but here's some cash to make it right." If the manufacturer does not want to solve his jamb, I will file a complaint with Rospotrebnadzor and file a lawsuit. As the renowned Samsung fares well on its own proven jambs, I will no longer purchase their products and will actively discourage all of my acquaintances.

Pros
  • The phone's design and screen were so impressive that I preordered it.
Cons
  • The touchscreen finally broke after 2 years of extremely careful use. The official service center determined the issue to be a manufacturing problem and recommended replacing the screen at a cost of 21,000. The call for help from Samsung's support staff was broadcast far and wide. Counterarguments that they knowingly sold me a broken phone for $73000. The three-year service life for smartphones is purportedly only until replacement parts are made available, thus they clearly don't give a hoot about their customers.
