Good quick charger

The charger looks good. I've only used it twice as I don't often have to charge my phone in the car. However, I noticed something that I think is of particular interest to mobile phone users. If you've ever used GPS on your cell phone (like Waze or Maps), you're familiar with the fact that these programs drain your battery much faster than other applications. Additionally, if you have to take a long trip, there's little to no chance the battery will last more than 3 or 4 hours. If you then connect your phone to the charger with the GPS on, the program will not allow the charger to charge the phone and the battery will continue to drain. And if you don't have a battery, the GPS software won't work, even when connected to a charger. Therefore, when you are on a long trip, you may lose access to the GPS at the time when you need it most (towards the end of the trip). I tested this charger by plugging in my phone with GPS for almost an hour and the battery didn't die. In other words, the charger seems to provide enough charge to keep the program running and actually charge the phone while the program is in use. One caveat: I use a heavy-duty fast charge cable between the charger and the phone, and that may explain my experience (I believe it's called "lightning cable").
