I love this cutlery set. Well balanced, strong, good size. The only problem I had was getting the knives out of the thin plastic sheaths that protected every detail. Dinner knives have prongs, which I didn't notice until I severely cut my finger trying to get the plastic off. My fault for not reading the description carefully. The plastic stuck to the nicks and was difficult to remove without injury (yes, another cut on the opposite arm). Be careful - very very sharp. I would not want to use this set with children.
