uncertain. Not operational. You plug it into a USB port and it won't turn off unless there's a cup on it. It's hot enough to burn me, but not hot enough to really warm up my cup of coffee. I hate this thing and now I'm hurt because it's just a hot plate in a plastic case that can't be turned off. Poor quality, no wood texture unless they pay attention to the plastic texture on the bottom of the device which you can't even see when it's in use. This is a bad product and the description of the product is not correct.
